2024 Autumn Harvest Tie Guan Yin II (2024 TGY II)

In slight contrast to the 2024 TGY I in the same collection, this Gaoshan Tie Guan Yin offers a richer honeyed sweetness and aroma, with a beautiful golden jade liquor. It is also more bodied and thicker in taste, adding depth to its already exquisite profile.

You may notice a hint of bittersweet notes at the start, but this tea mellows beautifully with each steeping. A subtle, creamy, almost milky aroma emerges, further developing in richness after a few infusions. Definitely a layered and satisfying experience for me!

Storage: To maintain freshness, store in a refrigerator and consume within a year.

Brewing Advice: Use 7g of tea in 150ml of water at 95°C, steeping for 15-30 seconds in a Gaiwan style, lasting up to 8 to 9 infusions.

Each gongfu style serving is carefully packed in individual cans of 7g serving. If enjoying the tea on your own, you can easily split each can into two to three servings and steep for a slightly longer period each time, allowing you to savour the experience over multiple sessions.
