2024 Autumn Harvest Tie Guan Yin I (2024 TGY I)
One of the most floral and delicately nuanced Tie Guan Yin I have tasted, this 2024 Autumn high mountain harvest from Anxi, Fujian, boasts a bright emerald and crystal-clear tea liquor with uplifting flavours that instantly brightens your mood with just a whiff and sip.
A competition grade tea that is ideal for everyday drinking, it is remarkably fragrant and refreshing – a true gem that lasts for many steeps too! We are all in love with it, but words are just words – you’ll have to try it yourself to truly experience its charm.
Storage: To maintain freshness, store in a refrigerator and consume within a year.
Brewing Advice: Use 7g of tea in 150ml of water at 95°C, steeping for 15-30 seconds in a Gaiwan style, lasting up to 10 to 12 infusions.
Each gongfu style serving is carefully packed in individual cans of 7g servings. If enjoying the tea on your own, you can easily split each can into two to three servings and steep for a slightly longer period each time, allowing you to savour the experience over multiple sessions.
