A delicate yet richly complex tea, this Tian Jian Black Tea (Hei Cha) offers a distinctive hint of smoky peatiness that is complemented with beautiful sweet notes. Its unique pine smoke aroma and bright orange-yellow soup deliver a mellow yet flavourful experience, making it a great pick for whiskey lovers, who appreciate subtle peaty and smoky notes. 

Much like fine wine, this tea ages gracefully, softening and deepening in character over time. From An Hua County, Hunan, Tian Jian Black Tea is crafted using the traditional Qi Xing Stove baking method—a process that imparts its signature aroma and taste, giving it its unique dark tea soul.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place and ensure it is well-sealed for optimal freshness.

Brewing Advice: Use 6g of tea in 150ml of water at 100°C, steeping for 15-30 seconds in a Gaiwan style, lasting up to multiple infusions.

Each gongfu style serving is carefully packed in individual cans of 6g serving. If enjoying the tea on your own, you can easily split each can into two to three servings and steep for a slightly longer period each time, allowing you to savour the experience over multiple sessions.
