2025 Spring Harvest Sweet Dew (Gan Lu) Green Tea

Gan Lu (甘露) translates to "Sweet Dew" in Chinese, a name that reflects both the natural sweetness of the tea and its mist-like growing environment in the high-altitude in Ya’an, Sichuan.

Much like the delicate morning dew that nourishes young tea leaves, this Spring’s Sweet Dew Green Tea is true to its name, offering  a soft, nectar-like sweetness and smooth, velvety mouthfeel. Refreshing, and embodying the crisp purity of early spring, it has light floral notes, with a yellow-green infusion. 

A light drink that goes well after heavy meals or as a gentle daily indulgence, this tea doesn’t have the usual harsh bitterness and astringency in some green teas, and is a soothing and refined choice for everyday drinking!

Storage: To maintain freshness, store in a refrigerator and consume within a year.

Brewing Advice: Use 4g of tea in 120ml of water at 80°C, steeping for 20 to 45 seconds in a Gaiwan style, lasting up to multiple steeps.

Each gongfu style serving is carefully packed in individual cans of 4g serving. If enjoying the tea on your own, you can easily split each can into two to three servings and steep for a slightly longer period each time, allowing you to savour the experience over multiple sessions.
