A gold competition-grade tea, this 2023 Da Hong Pao from Wu Yi Shan offers an exquisitely balanced profile of roasted nuttiness, stone fruit hints, and deep mineral sweetness. Its velvety mouthfeel and lingering pine aroma complement the intense amber tea soup, which holds its depth over multiple brews.
With each steep, the tea's intensity gradually softens, revealing delicate honey notes along the way.

Brewing Advice: Use 7g of tea in 150ml of water at 100°C, steeping for 10-25 seconds in a Gaiwan style, lasting up to 8 to 10 infusions.
Each gongfu style serving is carefully packed in individual cans of 7g serving. If enjoying the tea on your own, you can easily split each can into two to three servings and steep for a slightly longer period each time, allowing you to savour the experience over multiple sessions.
